Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Online Store: Product orders are confirmed once payment has been received. You will receive an email invoice once the order has been acknowledged. It is your responsibility to ensure the invoice contains the correct recipient, delivery address, products and price. You will then receive an email once your order has been dispatched for delivery. In the event of being out of stock for a particular product, you will receive an email. If we do not receive a response within 2 days, we will send the closest or alternative shade. If this is not possible, we will refund you the amount paid without notice. Products sold on our online store cannot be sold by a third-party without proven contract or consent.

Consumer Responsibility Due to the nature of cosmetics, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is safe to use, this can be achieved with a simple patch test. We recommend testing any products on a small patch of skin in an inconspicuous area for at least 24 hours before applying to the targeted area to confirm the product or any ingredients do not cause a skin reaction. If you do, please consult a qualified medical practitioner. We do not accept responsibility for any damages caused.

Order missing Once an order has been dispatched, a proof of posting or courier tracking number will be sent to your email. In the event that the order has not been received, please contact sunnahsweetcheeks@hotmail.co.uk within 3 days of proven delivery, where after this time, refunds or re-posts will not be accepted. Once missing delivery enquiry has been received by us, it will take up to 10 days to approve delivery status with courier and refund or re-post will be processed if proof of non-delivery is accepted. If proof of non-delivery is refused, we reserve the right to reject any claims of refund or re-post. If proof of posting is provided without tracking, please contact sunnahsweetcheeks@hotmail.co.uk within 10 days after date printed on proof of posting receipt.
