Refund policy

Returns You have the right to a refund or exchange for an order placed online when you notify us within 10 days (including weekends and public holidays) of delivery after which time no returns will be accepted. Returns are only accepted if the order or part of an order are damaged or faulty. All goods must be unused and in their original packaging as received for them to be eligible for returns or exchange.

Returns, exchange and refunds are subject to approval, where proof of goods damaged or faulty is required to be sent to sunnahsweetcheeks@hotmail.co.uk in the form of photos and a clear description of fault within 10 days of delivery. Failure to provide the proof in the format mentioned will result in your refund being rejected. Returns are then inspected and if you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or your original method of payment within the time period of your payment method company. If rejected, we have the right refuse any refund.

Once returns are received and inspected, an email will be sent to you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A returns number will be provided after being authorised. The returns number will need to be written clearly on the parcel and a label with the same number should be placed in the box or parcel. Failing to do so will result in the goods being rejected and no refund provided. Postage and packaging will not be refunded and it would be your responsibility to package the good safely or the returns would be rejected, we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

If the goods have a manufacturer’s name or label, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as it will be rejected. If gift codes or discounts were applied to the order, we would only refund the amount paid.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or the credit card company. There is often some processing time by the bank or the credit card companies and you should allow them to process the credit.
